Description
Join an environmental educator to explore the way the woods change through the seasons on a series of relaxing walks through Rockwood Park. On regular walks, participants will traverse paved and unpaved trails throughout the park and gain a unique view as the park transitions from frozen winter to vibrant, green spring.
Program Information:-Program is held outdoors.-Hiking footwear is recommended. Trails have periodic benches for resting.-Distance traveled will be between 1 and 1.5 miles.-Outdoor surfaces traveled on in this program include: paved trails, dirt trails with roots and uneven surfaces, and steep hills.-This program includes visual and tactile elements.
