WARRIOR Combat is boxing inspired, powerful, and fierce. It is for everybody and every BODY. This 45 minute class includes high intensity intervals, stress-melting strength training, and music driven fight combinations. Class will be taught by WARRIOR Combat Master Trainer, Laurel Gregory. Boxing gloves are not needed.
