Qigong exercises to cultivate vital life energy, enhancing healing, restoration, and relaxation of the body. It improves breath, balance, brain function, and body strength. Learn the technique of a smooth, agile step pattern, with flowing movements, like water in a river. Participants of any ability level are welcome. Class instructor Shi Fu Jenny Barone, certified instructor, and tai chi judge.
