This yoga class is tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of individuals of all ages, with modifications and adjustments available to accommodate any physical limitations.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, postures, and breathing exercises to help you feel more relaxed, centered, and empowered. All levels welcome. Offered in English and Spanish.
