In this two-hour class, you will learn how to override our biological tendency toward negative feelings, like depression, loneliness or fear, by using specific tools and techniques. Instructor Malcolm Campbell will explain the value of being in the present and demonstrates how to get there. Participants learn by doing and experiencing, with plenty of time for questions and support. 1 class
