Using hand and optional leg weights, bands, relaxation practices, and a chair for support when needed, you'll improve your overall strength, balance, flexibility, metabolism, brain and heart health. (No floor work.) Modifications are demonstrated. Learn to safely work within your limitations and actually ENJOY exercising. Become strong and happy! Additional waiver required.
