Savory Pulp Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup juice pulp
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/4 buttermilk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a bread pan.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the juice pulp and cheese; mix well.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and buttermilk. Pour liquids into the flour mixture. Mix the ingredients until they're well combined and form a sticky dough.
Place dough in bread pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
