Join the latest exercise dance craze using Latin dance moves! This class will concentrate on four basic moves: merengue, salsa, cumbia, and reggaeton. Begin by learning the rhythms, then the steps, and finally, add arms and direction. Burn calories and tone your body with fast and slow music. Be sure to wear athletic shoes, bring a towel & bottled water.
