Focuses on the fundamentals of gameplay, how to work as a team, and most importantly how to have a blast learning and playing girls lacrosse! Girls will meet Saturday's and begin to hone in lacrosse skills which will translate to game awareness and a solid understanding of the sport. Each week new concepts and skills will be introduced in a fun way promoting and equipping girls for a bright future in lacrosse.

Instructor: This program is led by Megan Zeman. Megan was born and raised in Colorado. She was a student athlete at Denver University playing Lacrosse where she now coaches and was recently named the Director of Operations for DUs Women's Lacrosse Team. She is also the founder of the local girls lacrosse program SnapLax. Their goal is to encourage and empower young girls through the sport of lacrosse.

Equipment: Rubber molded cleats or tennis shoes are permitted. SnapLax will provide extra sticks, goggles and balls for this program. Please bring your own mouth guard; they are not required at this level but we highly recommend wearing one. Jerseys will be provided.
