Firekeepers Camp is a revived tradition at The Philadelphia School, bringing our City, Country Classroom mission to a new level! Together at TPS campers spend a week learning outdoor camping skills, survival skills, and teamwork. Then utilize those new skills with one overnight trip at a local state park for an evening of campfires, marshmallows, and stars! Join us for a perfect summer memory in TPS style. GeoVentures is dedicated to reconnecting people with the outdoors through nature-based adventures. Utilizing games, technology and unique storylines, programs introduce participants to new activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle and connection with the world that surrounds them. Former TPS science teacher, Wendy Furry, leads this organization.
