Join AHS furry friends and Instructor, Amanda for an hour-long Yin practice. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice with an emphasis on seated postures. As asanas are held for longer periods of time, this practice is more meditative, allows for introspection, and may also help release deep emotions. All levels welcome as each practice is YOUR practice. Modifications, resting poses, etc. will be given for you to practice self-care. Please make sure to bring a mat, towel, water, and optional block in addition to breathable clothing that allows for easy movement and ventilation.
