Join AHS furry friends and Instructor, Ellie, for a unique Turn Up Dance Fitness experience! Turn Up Dance Fitness is a follow-along, high-intensity dance work out with music from many different Hip-Hop artists. These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing. While it's a great workout for the whole body, one could argue it's even better for the soul. All are warmly welcome, and no dance experience is required! Not only will you get to have an amazing dance fitness experience while meeting new people, but we will also have a cool-down at the end of class with some of our shelter pets! Please make sure to wear breathable clothing that allows for easy movement and ventilation, athletic shoes that provide adequate support, water, and lots of enerygy!
