Description

Class combines gentle somatic movement designed to awaken underused muscles as well as traditional yoga movement to realize a relaxed state of being. All poses are practiced either sitting or standing. Equipment required: sturdy chair without arms and a yoga mat to provide safety and stability. Those living with a prosthetic device or part-time wheelchair use may find this class beneficial.
This class will be taught via video conference on Zoom. A class link will be sent out prior to class.
