Lace up your shoes and be a part of a local running tradition. The Aptos Women's 5-Miler was started 30 years ago to give women a chance to run with other women. And women keep coming back each year to run this rolling hills course that goes from paved roads to trails. If you don't want to run the 5-mile course, you can take part of a shorter, scenic single-track trail that travels through the oak and redwood forest.
