A whole lot, according to an infographic from the makers of the Milestone Pod, a wearable device that tracks your run data.
With more than half a million miles of data from runners around the world, the company created the below graphic showing key data points, such as average run distance (5.15 miles), pace (9:51) and foot strike (a whopping 81 percent of us are heel strikers).
