Description
Brenner is an NASM certified personal trainer and USF student studying Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His ideal client is anyone who is interested in wanting to lift heavier and build muscle, and also those looking for a better quality of life. His personal training philosophy is to focus on slow and controlled movements where we properly feel the muscle we are working.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Koret Health & Recreation Center observes a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any changes to the appointment must be done by calling 415-422-6811 during Koret Business Hours (M-F: 6am-8pm, S-Su: 8am-6pm) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.
BUILDING ENTRY
Personal training clients may enter the facility 30 min. before the appointment start time. Please present valid ID (Koret membership card or USF ID) to the Front Desk attendant when you arrive for your session.
