CARING CARD COMMITTEE Activity Organizer: Mr. Schindler Email: ollie.schindler@basisindependent.com Dates: Tuesday Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Grades: 6–12 Description: Our club is focused on community service, allowing students to gain volunteer hours each club meeting. We will create handmade cards and letters of encouragement to support patients in local hospitals, residents in nursing homes, and homeless shelters. We may also hold drives (possibly partnering up with NJHS or NHS) to get gifts for kids in hospitals like stuffed animals/books/old toys that students no longer need and can be donated.
