Yoga with Zen Momma

Join us for our Spring session! Zen momma offers a specialized program that introduces yoga and mindfulness in a creative and fun way. Together we create a healing (and joyful!) space where children are invited to be themselves and let their light shine! Creativity flourishes as we embark on an imaginary adventure to the yoga rain forest one week and the yoga farm the next. Concepts like gratitude and self-love are woven into each class. Mindfulness practices, yoga poses, and breathing techniques help children develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence, confidence, focus, coordination, flexibility and so much more! See you on the mat!?

Ths class is only for students currently enrolled at this school.

This class has a $5 material fee which must be paid directly to Zen Momma by the second-class meeting.
