What is it? The InBody Test is a research-backed body composition analysis that provides an accurate and reliable breakdown of body composition - objectively measuring and tracking progress in key areas including muscle mass, body fat percentage and metabolic rate.
How does it work? InBody testing is facilitated by a certified YMCA wellness professional. The actual test takes less than 30 seconds and can include a guided fitness assessment and workout plan. In combination with the Tampa YMCA’s comprehensive health, fitness and training programs, InBody is an advanced tool that captures performance data, measures workout results and assists in setting wellness goals.
