Description
This class will include warm-ups; basic yoga postures including bending, stretching and balancing, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. This yoga class is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga students. Postures may be modified to meet individual needs. Please bring yoga mat. A firm blanket for seated postures and water bottle are also recommended.

All customer-initiated program / activity withdrawals are entitled to receive a household credit for the program fee minus a 15% processing fee if requested prior to the original registration deadline as published in activity guide. After registration deadline, no refund or credit will be issued.
NTPRD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program / activity upon which the customer is entitled to a full refund of the program fee in the form of a check or household credit.
NTPRD is not responsible for technical difficulties or disturbances before, during or after video, virtual classes or posting of programs
