The SoundWaters Summer Research Intensive is a two-week research program for local High School students interested in the environment and science of Long Island Sound. Students will be working together to perform hands-on field data collection along the shore of the Long Island Sound, aboard the SoundWaters research vessel as well as aboard the Schooner SoundWaters. Data collected by the students will contribute to a cumulative data set that provides critical annual monitoring of Long Island Sound.
