This five-week independent studio course gives students some valuable time and space to explore their own art in Ah Haa's studio setting. While self-guided, all students will have access to an Ah Haa instructor each Wednesday, who can answer questions and help with materials. During other days of the week, students are also welcome to work independently after school without a mentor. Mondays 3:30 - 5:30pm Tuesdays 3:30 - 5:30pm Wednesdays 3:30 - 5:30pm Thursdays 3:30 - 5:30pm Fridays 3:30 - 5:30pm Students may work in the X Room Monday-Friday and have access to the Ceramics Studio Tuesday and Wednesday. Each week, Ah Haa can provide each student some basic materials for their art making – clay, paper, canvas board, etc. Additional materials can be purchased separately. Use of Ah Haa's art making tools and equipment – brushes, pencils, palettes, potters wheels, etc. – is included. Note: Due to the latest COVID safety recommendations, all participants will need to wear masks.
