This is your chance to race the same course as some of the best international elite triathletes. Open to age-groupers, this sprint course takes place in Chicago's Grant Park and is part of the six-day World Championship event weekend.
Known for its beautiful views and tough conditions, IRONMAN 70.3 Lake Tahoe is one of the most challenging races on the IM circuit. The bike course includes almost 4,000 feet of climbing and the race takes place at an altitude of 6,000 feet.
Considered less of a pond and more of a small lake, the 750-meter swim takes place in Deep Pond and transitions to a flat 28.8-mile bike course followed by a six-mile off-road trail run around the lake. Course views include wooded areas, horse pastures and vegetable farms.
Featuring a scenic East Coast course, this sprint triathlon includes a half-mile swim, 13-mile rolling bike course and a 3.1-mile run across Powder Point Bridge. Take note: Wetsuits are required for all competitors.
The 33rd edition of this classic race is offering a new sprint course, in addition to the usual Olympic-distance course that begins in the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. This is a nonprofit event, and the Santa Cruz Triathlon has donated $1.5 million to Santa Cruz athletic programs to date.
