This program serves teens and young adults who have developmental disabilities and emphasizes leisure education, personal living skills, and social skills. Participants will shop for groceries, cook their own meals, take part in workshops and increase independence. Please call 791-4504 for prescreening and approval to register. Fee is non-refundable.

• Health insurance or healthcare number
• Medical history and provider info
• Emergency contact/pick-up list

You’ll receive an email from ePACT (one per child). To avoid duplicates, one parent should complete records for all family members using a single email account.
