Learn Kodokan style Judo. In addition to throwing, controlling and submitting your opponent, learn the principles of Judo. Prepare for competition or practice for fun. Judo is a great family activity. All levels are welcome.

Judo requires either a judo-gi or a jujitsu-gi to be worn. Karate and Taekwondo gi's do no hold up to the standard and resistance that judo requires. Speak with the instructor about the purchase of the uniform.
Water is mandatory, shoes, socks, and jewelry are not to be worn during class.
