In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn to make delicious pastries and add to their baking repertoire with delicious new recipes and some classic baking and pastry techniques. Participants will make and bake the following (and will get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Blueberry Cheesecake Tarts (rich creamy cheesecake-filled no-bake crumb tarts); Cinnamon Fruit Biscuits (delicate hand-formed biscuits filled with assorted fruit preserves); Lemon Curd-Filled Beignets (classic fried beignets filled with fresh-made lemon curd); White & Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tarts (as good as they sound); and Mille-Feuilles (classic French “Napoleons” with caramelized puff pastry and crème pâtissière.
