This class will begin with light warm ups and stretching to get students hear rate up. after, Coach Xavier will introduce different series of circuits for students to complete. Circuit sets are developed to improve footwork, speed, balance and body awareness. This class is geared to help improve athletes in all sports. Please come wearing shoes you can run in and athletic clothes.
