Description

We're sorry, but this sub-activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Bump, set, and spike. Get a handle on ball control, develop self-confidence, and learn to work strategically as a team. Practice basic volleyball skills like digging, spiking, and serving. Move through various rotations and plays individually and as a team. Kneepads recommended. No class 03/19. Instructor approval required.
