THIS IS A FREE TRIAL, SINGLE DAY CLASS. MYOBILITY Core Align & Define will leave you feeling taller and stronger. In this 45 minute class, you will realign and tone your entire core using the Myobility tool to release tense, overworked muscles that lead to poor posture; followed by a core strengthening series. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring a mat.
