Participants of all ability levels are always welcome to join our classes. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and compete only against their own individual goals. All of our classes are conducted with a chair that can be used as needed for seated movements or just a balance assist. All equipment is provided. Participants should come dressed comfortably for movement. Sturdy shoes are required - no flip-flops allowed. Our Live 2 B Healthy Tai Ji Quan classes for seniors offer a gentle, flowing form of exercise that enhances balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. This martial art emphasizes slow, deliberate movements and deep breathing, making it accessible for all fitness levels. Participants learn a series of graceful, rhythmic postures designed to improve strength, coordination, and mental focus while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Classes foster a sense of community as seniors connect with one another, enhancing their social engagement. With its low-impact nature, Tai Ji Quan is an excellent way for seniors to stay active, improve their quality of life, and maintain independence in daily activities.
