First off, this is not an actual yoga class! It is a workshop to learn ways to care for your body & mind in any yoga class you take. Andi Woods, PA-C, CAQ-Psych, MPH, from the Preventive Health Center of Iowa City will lead a group discussion on 12 points to think about when you are doing yoga.
