This soothing sound bath is designed to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and reset your energy with the calming vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds. Instead of dreading Monday, give yourself the gift of rest and renewal. Let the waves of sound wash away tension and replace it with a sense of peace, clarity, and ease.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for ultimate comfort; an open heart and mind; and your worries (so you can leave them behind!). Fee: $30 ($22.50 for participants in ICSC's low-income membership program); pay instructor with cash, credit card, or Venmo.
