Experience yoga's transformative benefits: boost vitality, strength, and flexibility while renewing your body and mind for inner peace and a joyful spirit. This summer class will be taught by Robert Speaks, filling the timeslot of Sandra Douglas' class. Sandra will return in the Fall.
Additional InformationAll levels welcome. Bring your blanket and mat. Experienced students are encouraged to register and deepen their yoga practice.
